Andy began his martial arts training at age ten, holding blackbelts in both Tae Kwon Do and Tang Soo Do, as well as a blue belt in Brazilian Jiujitsu. He is an advocate for diverse training, having pursued combat sports like boxing, wrestling, judo, and MMA. He is a strong proponent of situational awareness, physical fitness, and practical training holding a no-nonsense approach to self-defense.
Ben's first exposure to martial arts began at age six, when he joined a Judo school. The seed was planted, and, in his teens, he returned to martial arts under the tutelage of Sensei Strydom of Mossel Bay in South Africa. Once in the United States, he was instructed by Master DiPietro, under whom he gained the ranks of first and second dan. In 2017, he joined Ryu Pa Karate under Grandmaster John Ennis. He gained his third dan and is currently preparing for his Master’s belt. Outside his primary discipline of Tang Soo Do, he also trains in BJJ in which he is a blue belt, as well as Haedong Geomdo, Korean sword, in which he is a first dan.
Joe started his martial arts training in 1984 under Cho Dan Bo John Ennis. In 1987, he received his Cho Dan rank, and in 1996, he received the rank of Sah Bum Nim. Over the years, he has competed in local, national, and international championships. Additionally, he has a Cho Dan rank in the Korean sword art of Haedong Geomdo. Over the years, he has had the opportunity to train with Grand Master Andy Ahpo, Grand Master Charles Ferraro, Rory Miller, and Iain Abernethy. He has an interest in martial arts history, philosophy, and self-defense.

In 2019 I started learning German longsword through my local HEMA organization.
Jamie Keeney started studying Tang Soo Do in 1994 at Kim’s Karate in Red Lion. He ended up leaving Kim’s in 1996 at the rank of red belt.
